What is your pricing structure?

Will having a website bring me leads?

A website enables lead generation when paired with traffic activities. Priorities: set up basic SEO and quality content; claim and optimize your Google Business Profile; run targeted social or search ads; share consistently on social media.

What is your design process?

What file formats do you deliver?

Common formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG; video in MP4; animated assets in GIF where applicable.

Can you work with existing brand guidelines?

How many design concepts and revisions are included?

Typically 2-3 initial concepts and up to 2 revision rounds per item. Additional rounds are available if needed.

Client relationship

How do you communicate during projects?

Email, phone, WhatsApp and video calls. We share regular updates and milestones.

What is your typical response time?

Within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.

Can I request revisions or changes?

Yes. Standard packages include up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable.

How do you handle timelines and deadlines?

We agree on a timeline upfront and keep you updated on progress. Changes in scope may adjust timelines.

Can I see examples of your work?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Projects typically start with a 50% upfront deposit, with the balance due on approval or launch.

Who owns the final files and intellectual property?

Upon full payment, you own the final approved deliverables. We may retain working files unless otherwise agreed.

Do you work remotely across South Africa?

Yes. We serve clients nationwide and work fully remotely.

What payment methods do you accept?
